Hi, I'm Karen McNeil, owner and founder of Mode Salon and Wellness, with 29 years of experience as a master stylist, educator, and mentor. I'm passionate about creating art through hair and helping people feel beautiful inside and out. Building lasting relationships, empowering other stylists, and fostering positive, supportive communities is at the heart of my work. I've trained with top industry leaders like L’Oréal Professional, Aveda and Vidal Sassoon, and believe that learning, growing and creating are lifelong journeys.
Alex
Alex brings a strong background in hair and makeup, developed through years of involvement in the performing arts. Her eye for color formulation is exceptional, and her precision in haircutting sets her apart. With a natural talent and keen attention to detail, Alex creates polished, personalized looks for every client.

Ashley is a talented stylist who loves all aspects of doing hair, with a special passion for cutting and creating bold, vivid colors. She thrives on making each client feel confident and unique with personalized, creative looks. When she’s not behind the chair, Ashley enjoys exploring the country with her husband in their custom van, always chasing new adventures and inspiration.

Hey there! I’m Kacie, a passionate stylist at Mode Salon with a lifelong love for all things hair. I am working to specialize in color and vivids, and I’m all about helping you express your most authentic self through your hair. Whether you’re here to go bold, try something totally new, or just want a space where you can relax and be yourself, you’re in the right chair. Outside the salon, I’m a proud dog mom, a wife, a music lover (yes, I will sing along if a good song comes on). Let’s make some magic with your hair! Your vision, your vibe, your rules.

Hi my name is Ella. I am a dedicated stylist committed to ongoing growth and education. I specialize in styling, updos, precisions haircutting and foiling techniques, and I'm currently training to become a master barber. outside of the salon, I love photography, animals and spending time with my two French Bulldogs and Mini Australian Shepard.
Valerie
As salon manager, I’m dedicated to creating a welcoming space where both clients and stylists feel right at home. I love connecting with guests, swapping stories, and making every visit feel like catching up with an old friend. My goal is to ensure everyone leaves not just with great hair, but with a great experience.
