Hi, I'm Karen McNeil, owner and founder of Mode Salon and Wellness, with 29 years of experience as a master stylist, educator, and mentor. I'm passionate about creating art through hair and helping people feel beautiful inside and out. Building lasting relationships, empowering other stylists, and fostering positive, supportive communities is at the heart of my work. I've trained with top industry leaders like L’Oréal Professional, Aveda and Vidal Sassoon, and believe that learning, growing and creating are lifelong journeys.

Hi, I'm Arianna and I’m passionate about helping every guest feel their absolute best. I love transforming my clients’ visions into reality, and there’s nothing more rewarding to me than boosting someone’s confidence with a fresh look.I specialize in layered haircuts and styling, but my true passion is updos for weddings, proms, and special events. I thrive in those joyful, high-energy moments and feel so honored to be part of such meaningful days.Outside the salon, I’m a true beach lover—no matter the season, you’ll find me by the ocean whenever I can, even if there’s snow on the ground. I also enjoy hiking, painting, traveling, and cozy nights in, watching romcoms with my boyfriend.

I specialize in styling, updos, precisions haircutting and foiling techniques, and I'm currently training to become a master barber. outside of the salon, I love photography, animals and spending time with my two French Bulldogs and Mini Australian Shepard.

I love meeting new people and helping them fall in love with their hair. There’s nothing better than seeing a client leave feeling confident and happy with their look.I especially enjoy creating beautiful color and giving flawless blowouts—helping my clients feel polished and refreshed is what I love most about my work.Outside the salon, I’m really into art—recently I’ve been enjoying diamond art! I also love braids and experimenting with makeup in my downtime.

Hello! My name is Izzi. I’ve been working at Mode Salon since I was 14 years old, and it was my very first job. From the beginning, I discovered a true passion for making people feel beautiful and confident in themselves. Being in the salon environment helped me realize how powerful hair can be and how meaningful this career is to me. I am especially excited to specialize in hair extensions and color, where creativity and transformation come together. I graduate from cosmetology school in November 2026 and look forward to continuing to grow my skills. I’m incredibly excited to continue my journey with Mode Salon & Wellness and be part of a team that feels like home.
